Whether you need regular upkeep or a deeper reset, we’ll recommend a Service Calibration based on your space, its condition and what matters most to you.
Our Calibration Service Blocks provide a defined amount of cleaning time for the agreed work. We’ll confirm the tasks, price and timing with you before booking.
Maintenance Calibration
[2 Hours · $108]
Focused upkeep for a well-maintained space. Two hours dedicated to your main cleaning priorities, suited to smaller areas or a limited set of tasks.
Sustaining Calibration
[3 Hours · $153]
Regular cleaning for the spaces you use most. Three hours to work through your agreed priorities, with the attention needed to keep those areas maintained.
Extended Calibration
[4 Hours · $199]
More time for closer attention in the same spaces or a little more scope. Four hours allows us to address additional priorities or spend longer on areas that need it.
Structural Calibration
[6+ Labour Hours · From $324]
For deep cleaning, accumulated buildup and substantial resets. We assess the work before confirming your quote, including whether additional cleaners or separate visits are needed.
Six labour hours minimum. Labour hours represent the combined cleaning time of everyone working. For example, two cleaners working three hours each provide six labour hours.

Clients aged 65 and over receive 10% off Maintenance, Sustaining and Extended Calibration.

We’ll agree on the areas and tasks for your visit based on your priorities, the condition of your space and the time needed.
Kitchens & Food Preparation Areas
Counters, sinks, taps, backsplashes, appliance exteriors, cupboard fronts and floors.
Bathrooms
Toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures and floors. Heavy soap scum, scale and accumulated buildup may need additional time.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas
Dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming and floor care. Bed making and linen changes can be arranged; laundry is assessed separately.
Living Rooms & Dining Areas
Dusting accessible furniture and surfaces, vacuuming and floor care.
Hallways, Entryways & Shared Spaces
Cleaning accessible surfaces and floors in hallways, entryways, staircases and other agreed transitional areas.
Offices & Light Commercial Workspaces
Accessible work surfaces, floors, washrooms, kitchenettes and shared areas. Documents, electronics and business materials remain in place unless handling is specifically agreed.

Cleaning between guest stays, with bed making, laundry and restocking arranged around your property’s needs. We confirm the work and available turnover window before quoting a per-turnover price. Any initial deep reset is quoted separately.
Cleaning to prepare for your arrival or leave a property ready for its next occupants. Let us know whether the space will be empty and if appliance or cupboard interiors need attention.
Cleaning before an event, afterwards or both. Tell us about the venue, expected attendance and when everything needs to be ready. We’ll confirm the cleaning, staffing and waste-handling arrangements with you.
Cleaning for your whole home or selected rooms and floors. We plan the time around the areas you use and the work needed. Larger homes needing routine care do not automatically require deep-clean pricing.
One-time or recurring cleaning for workspaces, washrooms, kitchenettes and shared areas, scheduled around access and your business hours.
Evening and after-hours appointments can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. We’ll confirm access, timing and any applicable charges before booking.

Before Your Visit
- There is a two-hour minimum. We’ll confirm your cleaning priorities, price and appointment details before booking. If we need a closer look at the space, we’ll arrange a walkthrough.
- If the work needs more time than planned, we’ll discuss the options with you before proceeding. Additional time is subject to availability and your approval.
- Routine cleaning beyond the four-hour service is $51 per additional labour hour. For example, a five-hour routine visit is $250. Structural cleaning starts at $324 for six labour hours, with additional labour quoted at $54 per hour.
