About Calibrate Cleaning
I’m Craig, the owner and operator of Calibrate Cleaning in Abbotsford. When you get in touch, you’re speaking with the person who will be cleaning your space.
I take the time to understand what needs attention, agree on the work with you and follow through. If you have a question or something needs putting right, you can come directly to me.
Why Calibrate Cleaning Exists
A cleaning service should take something off your plate. You should be able to explain what matters to you, know what’s been agreed and feel comfortable leaving the work in someone else’s hands.
That’s the service I’m building with Calibrate Cleaning. Whether you need help keeping up with regular cleaning or getting a space back into shape, my aim is to leave you with less to manage.
How I Approach the Work
Before I begin, I want to know which parts of your space need the most attention and what you’re hoping to have done.
From there, I plan the visit around the time we’ve agreed on. If the work needs more time than expected, I’ll explain what can be completed and what needs another visit. You’ll know where things stand.

Understand Your Priorities
I ask about your space, what needs cleaning and any instructions you want me to follow. That helps me recommend enough time for the work and arrive prepared.
Work With Care
I work through the agreed priorities, paying attention to the surfaces, belongings and spaces around me. Your instructions stay part of the job from start to finish.
Check the Work
Before finishing, I review the areas I’ve cleaned against what we agreed. I’ll let you know if anything needs further attention so you’re clear on what was completed.
When I return for your next visit, I bring what I’ve learned about your space with me. Your preferences, the areas that need extra attention and the small details you’ve pointed out all help me look after it.
What You Can Expect
Having someone clean your home or workplace should make your day easier. Here’s what you can expect from me:
- A clear agreement on the work and price before your appointment
- A message if I’m delayed or arrangements need to change
- Care around your belongings and respect for your privacy
- A direct response when you have a question or concern
Accountable for the Work
If I’ve missed something within the agreed cleaning work, please tell me. I’ll review the concern with you and arrange to put it right.
You’ll speak directly with me and I’ll take responsibility for following up.
Changes Discussed With You
If you need something extra done, let me know. We can discuss whether it fits into the booked time, means adjusting another priority or needs a separate appointment.
Any additional time and cost will be agreed with you before the work begins.
Is Calibrate Cleaning Right for You?
You may need regular help keeping up with your home, someone to look after your workplace or a one-time clean when there’s more to do than you can manage yourself.
If you value knowing who’s coming, being able to discuss what matters and having the work agreed on beforehand, Calibrate Cleaning could be a good fit.

Confidence in Who You Hire
You’re trusting me with access to your home or workplace. I take that responsibility seriously. I carry business liability insurance and have completed a full background check through the Abbotsford Police Department.
Background Checked
I’ve completed a full background check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check, through the Abbotsford Police Department. If you have questions about these checks before booking, you’re welcome to ask me directly.
Fully Insured
I carry business liability insurance for Calibrate Cleaning. If you need proof of insurance before work begins, please let me know when arranging your service.
Respect for Your Space
I’m mindful that I’m working in someone else’s space. I follow your instructions about access, pets and any rooms or belongings you want left alone.
If I’m unsure how something should be handled, I’ll ask before proceeding.
Building a Local Business
I’m building Calibrate Cleaning here in Abbotsford, one client at a time. I want people to feel comfortable calling me again and recommending my work to someone they know.
Earning that confidence takes more than a good first visit. It means showing up, keeping my word and giving each appointment the attention it deserves.
