We look at the size and condition of your space, discuss your priorities and recommend a service block. Each block provides a set amount of cleaning time. Before you book, we explain what we can realistically cover and confirm the price.
You’ll know what’s planned, what it costs and where we’ll focus.

Calibrate Cleaning is owner-operated. You speak directly with the person doing the work, so your priorities and any concerns can be discussed firsthand.
Whether you need a one-time clean or regular visits, I take responsibility for the work and follow through on what we agree.
Prepared for Your Visit
Before your appointment, we confirm the cleaning priorities, access arrangements and any instructions for your space. We allow time for the agreed work and discuss any changes with you before taking on additional tasks.
No Long-Term Contracts
Book a one-time clean or arrange regular visits without committing to a long-term contract. If your needs change, get in touch and we’ll discuss your schedule.
Know Who You’re Letting In
Inviting someone into your home or workplace takes trust. As Calibrate Cleaning’s owner-operator, I’ve completed a full background check through the Abbotsford Police Department and carry business liability insurance.

If we miss something within the agreed cleaning scope, please let us know. We’ll review the concern with you and arrange to put it right.

From Your First Enquiry to Cleaning Day
1. Tell us what you need.
Complete the Request Service form with details about your space, cleaning priorities and preferred dates.
2. Review our recommendation.
We’ll follow up with a recommended service block, the proposed work and the price. You can ask questions before deciding.
3. Confirm your visit.
Once we agree on the details, we’ll confirm your appointment and access arrangements.
4. Leave the cleaning to us.
We’ll work through the agreed priorities and let you know what was completed or needs further attention.
Cleaning That Fits Your Needs
You may need regular help keeping up with the house, a thorough clean before moving, or an office cleaned outside of working hours. You might only need attention in a few rooms.
